After you have filed a proper claim, the City has 120 days to respond. There is no online tool that allows you to check on the status of your claim.  

Most claimants will receive a phone call, email, or letter from the City attorney's office within 60 days after filing a claim.  If you have not received a call, email, or letter within 60 days after filing your claim, please contact our office to ask about the status.
