Paying Citations and Fines

If the Judge imposes a fine, the Court will give you a written statement advising you of the amount of the fine and its due date. You may pay your fine immediately by cash, check, Visa or MasterCard.

If you cannot immediately pay, you will be given up to sixty (60) days to make payment. Complete information about paying fines is listed on the fine statement. Fines over $200.00 may qualify for an installment plan. You create your own partial payment.  Follow the directions on your payment sheet.  You do not go to the Police/Court building to ask to be put on a payment plan.  This process is done on your own.
